Our interior design for restaurant Innesto was selected by the culinary guide Gault&Millau for the award of the ‘Most Beautiful Restaurant Design of the Year’.

During the elaboration of the interior, we paid extra attention to creating a homely atmosphere and to finding the correct balance between aesthetics and the way a restaurant functions efficiently.

What made this project extra special, is the fact we were commissioned a product design for the first time: we designed the coffee and dessert trolley, used as the apotheosis of every meal.
